Ko tō tūranga – your role

As the Enterprise Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Enterprise procurement function within One NZ, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of goods to our end customers and projects. You will play a key role in providing strategic procurement guidance and driving initiatives that optimize supply chain performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.


Working closely with cross-functional teams to shape and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals. You will be instrumental in managing relationships and driving continuous improvement in procurement processes, ensuring that One NZ delivers exceptional value to its Enterprise customers.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Provide direct customer-facing procurement guidance and drive strategy across all customer procurement
  • Oversee the profitability of the procurement function and manage the supply chain across Enterprise
  • Utilize toolsets such as ITQuoter integrated into Salesforce to complete daily operations and manage procurement requests
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless procurement processes
  • Lead discussions with customers on value-added supply chain services and pre-deployment services
  • Manage supplier relationships and participate in operational governance and quarterly business reviews
  • Manage the current Outsource support team
  • Implement future-ready procurement strategies, leveraging innovative technologies and tools to optimize procurement operations
  • Promote sustainable procurement practices and foster a circular economy

  • Proven experience in procurement management, preferably within the ICT sector
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes
  • Proficiency in using procurement tools such as ITQuoter and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives
  • Commitment to sustainability and ethical procurement practices
  • Experience with complex quoting for ICT systems such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, and Fortinet
  • Knowledge of advanced lifecycle management systems and data analytics
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and foster supplier innovation
