- Celebrate cultural diversity and value the unique identity of every child.
- Offer a natural outdoor learning space that supports exploration and connection to te taiao (the natural world).
- Have strong links with our whānau, local schools, and marae.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and curiosity through rich, child-led learning experiences.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about early childhood education and confident in leading a team in a diverse, multicultural setting.
You will:
- Be a fully registered and certificated ECE teacher with at least five years of experience.
- Have proven leadership experience, ideally in an ECE centre or small team.
- Demonstrate strong pedagogical knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching practices.
- Have strengths in internal evaluation and leading continuous improvement.
- Be confident using ICT to enhance teaching and learning.
- Value inclusion and sustainability and bring these values into your everyday teaching.
- Have strong relationship-building skills and be confident working with tamariki, whānau, and the wider community.
- Hold a current First Aid certificate.
