- Monday to Friday in the office (40-hour week)
- Workday options: 7.30am – 4pm or 8am – 4.30pm
- This role involves funded, regular travel to Whangarei

Working from our Ōtāhuhu depot in Auckland, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide professional administrative and management support to a range of leaders and staff across the team. You will assist in the development and growth of the shared services model in the Operational business as a whole.
Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What (skills) you will bring:
Business Support is an integral part of our operations, providing essential administrative and management support to a range of leaders and operational staff across the business. In this busy and challenging role, you will need:
- 3-5 years’ experience working in an administrative capacity
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of finance functions such as invoicing (working knowledge of SAP is ideal)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work to deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities with ease
