Remarkable People are looking for a Clinic Coordinator for a permanent role based in Queenstown.
You will be working in a New Zealand wide company, who specialise in the care of pets and animals. Your roles will work collaboratively with veterinarians, leaders within the business function areas and the daily operations of the clinic.
This role is a permanent role, 40 hours weekly across Monday-Friday.

Role Responsibilities:
- Technical Delivery
- Daily operations of the veterinary clinics
- Managing rosters and leave requests
- Liaising procurement and communication with suppliers
- Collaborations with function managers & marketing teams
- Reporting of clinic KPIs
- H&S of team and customers
- People & culture and recruitment duties
- Customer service
- Set-up and coordinate all promotions
- Support clinic team in investigating and responding to client concerns
- Demonstrate sales skills and upsell basic products to customers
Role Requirements:
- Qualification or degree in business administration, management, or veterinary practice management preferred
- Proven management and administration experience required
- Healthcare or similar industry knowledge beneficial
- Ability to maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professional image.
