About the role and who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Fixed Term Part-Time Barista to work at our café site in Auckland City Hospital. Fixed term period from now until January 2026. Working a minimum of 21 hours per week.

What would you be expected to do:

  • making consistently outstanding coffee for all customers,
  • having good milk production and coffee art skills,
  • providing excellent customer service,
  • assisting with general catering assistant duties in café,
  • close down of the site each evening.


If you're our ideal candidate

You will be confident and reliable, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. You will have the ability to work as part of a hardworking, energetic, and professional team and also independently. Ideally you will already have 2 years' experience working as a Barista and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167), or be happy to be train for one. But mostly important, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
