Continuous improvement is at the heart of everything our client does. We're seeking a Senior Specialist in CI to play a pivotal role in embedding excellence across the supply chain and engineering/maintenance-based teams. This role is ideal for someone who excels in driving real, measurable change. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can engage and inspire teams to adopt continuous improvement practices, ensuring that theoretical knowledge translates into tangible outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Senior Specialist in Continuous Improvement, you will:

  • Lead Change: Facilitate the adoption of Lean Six Sigma tools to drive cultural transformation across engineering-based teams.
  • Deliver Impactful Projects: Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Build Capability: Coach and mentor teams at all levels, equipping them with the skills and confidence to adopt and sustain continuous improvement practices.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Use expert facilitation skills to run workshops and improvement initiatives, fostering buy-in from both frontline staff and senior leaders.
  • Leverage Digital Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities for performance improvement through digital enablement initiatives.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain our clients' high standards of safety, security, and operational integrity throughout all projects.


What you'll bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma (6+years).
  • A proven track record of driving tangible change within supply chain and/or engineering maintenance teams.
  • Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills to drive adoption of continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for building capability in others.
