About the role
We are seeking two highly skilled and passionate Chefs to join our team in Queenstown, Otago. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a growing company committed to providing exceptional Italian dining experiences.

The role will involve:

  • Plans the preparation and cooking of food in a busy Italian restaurant.
  • Providing quality dishes, maintaining food costs, menu planning.
  • Food preparation and service for homemade pasta menu, dine in & takeaway.
  • Monitoring and complying with the Food Safety plan.
  • Ordering food supplies.
  • This role will require the ability to work well under pressure.

Skills, qualifications, and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years exp in an a la carte kitchen with a passion for Italian food.
  • Passion for Italian cuisine
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
