We're Safety 'n Action, New Zealand's leading health and safety training provider, and we're on the lookout for a Southland superstar to take care of our existing Invercargill clients and grow our presence across the region. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Catching up with our loyal Invercargill clients - from farmers to factory teams - and making sure we're still delivering the goods.
• Spotting opportunities in every conversation and turning them into lasting partnerships.
• Flying the flag for training that literally saves lives - and makes local businesses stronger.

What we're looking for:

• A self-starter who's not afraid of a bit of hard work (Southland-style).
• A natural people-person who knows the value of showing up and following through.
• Someone confident on the phone, out on the road, and having real conversations over a cuppa.
• Local knowledge is a big plus - if you know the region and the people, you're already halfway there.

A quick heads-up: This is a commission-based role - so it's perfect for someone who backs their own hustle. There's serious earning potential here for the right person.
