That's where you come in as our Maintenance Technician.

In this full-time role, you will be someone who is self-motivated, hands-on, and multi-skilled.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Guiding the maintenance of property grounds, public spaces, and guest rooms for a seamless guest experience.
• Executing proactive maintenance measures to ensure uninterrupted hotel services and comfort for guests.
• Showcasing your skills in painting, plastering, gibb stopping, joinery, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Swiftly addressing maintenance concerns raised by guests, enhancing their satisfaction with timely resolutions.
• Excelling in the completion of work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conducting daily rounds to spot and report issues, contributing to the continuous upkeep of the property.

This is a full-time, position offering 40 hours per week within a friendly team and one of New Zealand's leading hotel brands. 25.63-27.82/hour
