The Role
Reporting to the Head of IT but working closely with the organisation and business units, this role will be critical in leading the project from design to testing

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of the CRM replacement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets
• Manage relationships internally and externally (vendor)

Your profile:

• Proven project delivery experience, ideally delivering CRM systems or similar
• Experience moving from a legacy platform would be ideal, but not essential
• Ability to work with ambiguity, and shape up a clear plan of action
• Great comms and relatable personality
• Strong stakeholder management skills
