Job Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Systems and Reporting Analyst who will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data, systems, and reporting processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of Workday Adaptive as the Group’s planning and reporting system and contribute significantly to the FY26 budget process.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Systems and Reporting Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data, systems, and reporting processes. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the FY26 budget process and the ongoing system implementation within the Group’s planning and reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing ad-hoc support across various functional areas, assisting in documenting learnings for future forecast and budget processes, and supporting improved efficiency of month-end reporting.
- Supporting the business in preparing the FY26 budget cycle within agreed timelines.
- Providing ad-hoc support across functional areas including sales & marketing, operations & head office.
- Assisting in documenting learnings that establish foundations for future forecast and budget processes.
- Supporting the broader business in developing system capability.
- Developing technical capability that supports the development and maintenance of the budget model.
- Supporting improved efficiency and accuracy of month-end reporting.
- Supporting the FP&A team in improving month-end financial reporting.

The ideal candidate for this Finance Systems and Reporting Analyst role brings proven experience in finance systems analysis and reporting. You have strong knowledge of financial planning systems. Your ability to support business-wide budgeting and forecasting processes sets you apart. You have demonstrated experience in improving month-end financial reporting processes. Your strong technical skills enable you to develop and maintain budget models effectively. Lastly, your excellent interpersonal skills make you adept at collaborating across functions.
- Proven experience in finance systems analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning systems.
- Ability to support business-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Experience in improving month-end financial reporting processes.
- Strong technical skills for developing and maintaining budget models.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
