The Venue
Located in the heart of the Viaduct with incredible views in possibly the best spot in the city. Bivacco is a place for everyone serving hand-made pasta, seafood and dishes from Italy using the best ingredients along with great drinks that work whether the sun is out or the sun has set. Make your mark in the Auckland hospitality scene at one of the busiest restaurants in the city.
The Opportunity
We are searching for aspiring hospitality professionals to start as a Runner! Ideally, you will have previous hospitality or customer service experience, a can do attitude and the motivation to increase your skills. If you do not have any hospitality or customer experience, that is okay! - we will train and support you.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the set up of the venue for service
- Delivering food and drink to guests
- Clearing tables and ensuring the venue is kept clean and tidy
- Contributing to the overall guest experience
- Supporting senior staff during service times
