The People and Culture (P&C) Team at CCEP is the driving force behind unleashing the potential in our workforce. As a People Services Coordinator within the P&C team, you will be a key player in managing our digital people processes collaborating with experts in our specialists teams to ensure seamless operations.
Your Impact
Reporting to the People Services Manager, your role involves providing coordination support to the L&D, Consulting, and Talent Acquisition Teams. You will deliver top-tier customer service and be the first port of call for any P&C related requests in the business, maintaining data integrity and processing requests efficiently.
Part of a team of 3, you’ll handle responsibilities like:
- Support the recruitment processes by managing pre-employment checks, generating contracts, initiating onboarding, and answering general recruitment inquiries. Support our learning & development programs, from booking training rooms and organising catering, to managing our Learning Management System e-learns and updating employee training records.
- Manage employee documentation, through Success Factors or manually - including letters of offer, secondment/contract extensions, parental leave confirmation letters, confirmation of employment, and variations to employment.
- Collaborate with the payroll team on people processes and changes.
- Encourage self-service and educate the business on where to find solutions.
- Track team expenditure and manage purchase orders.
About You
- We’re looking for a strong administrator with energy and focus, who wants to work within a keen and curious team. You’re a quick learner with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. You love process and constantly look for ways to streamline and improve. Your ability to prioritise is second to none, and you have a high degree of accuracy. It goes without saying that you are highly proficient in MS Office, and comfortable working with other digital tools.
You’ll bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a keen interest in a career in HR
- Previous experience in a coordination or administration role
- Understanding of New Zealand employment legislation
- Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
- Strong customer service skills with the confidence to communicate with stakeholders across the business
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is preferred
