Attitude is most important to us. We provide full training to ensure you succeed. Based in Onehunga, we complete work throughout the Northland/Auckland/Waikato region.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 4:30-5:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:30-8:00 am until 2:00-3:00 pm (40 hours per week minimum). Saturday work is not essential but being available for it will be beneficial.

This busy role will require work on a variety of sites within a team. The purpose of your role is to:

• Ensure installation quality is consistent, meets site specifications, and is completed on time
• Provide exceptional customer service to Project Managers and Site Managers through effective communication with the Site Supervisor and Office staff.
• Lead Health & Safety efforts on-site
• Stay on top of all site requirements and communicate back to the office to ensure timely installation
• Monitor stock levels in the warehouse to ensure required products are always available for installation

You will need to have the following personal attributes:

• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Clear communication skills
• Reliable and responsible
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• A full, clean driver's license is preferred
• Experience on construction sites is helpful but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in construction (either installation or as a General Labourer)
• Understanding of Health and Safety practices in construction
• Reliable transport to commute to/from Onehunga
