What you'll do:
As an Associate, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's major projects. You will work closely with the Partner, advising on all aspects of planning, procurement, tendering and delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in leading projects across a variety of sectors such as energy, utilities, transport, commercial and industrial. Your ability to connect with both public and private entities will ensure smooth project execution.
What you bring:
- 4+ years PQE transactional/advisory construction experience
- Commercially minded with a focus on transactional aspects
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successful project management
