As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Your work could include mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international transactions, business and corporate advisory, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, and joint ventures. You will be part of an inclusive team that works collaboratively with clients, offering valuable experience.

The ideal candidate for this Associate or Senior Associate role will have a minimum of 7 years of experience. They should be a strong team player with a genuine ambition to establish themselves as a recognised professional in the corporate and commercial field. The Partners are looking for someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting other lawyers, has a flexible approach to work, likes variety, and is focused on fostering strong relationships across the market.
