Job Description:
Are you an experienced Airfreight Import Operator looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our client's airfreight operations and ensure the smooth processing of imports.
Join their dynamic warehouse and logistics company based in Mangere, Auckland.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and quality control of incoming shipments
The handling of incoming shipments, including customs clearance and document generation
Communication with customers and other business units
Selection and negotiation with carriers / road feeder service providers
Invoicing and Administration tasks
Shipment tracking and Claim handling
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding shipment status.
Maintain accurate records of airfreight import transactions and reports.

Requirements:

Previous experience in airfreight import operations or logistics is preferred.
Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office

Hours are- 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday
Pay- $28ph

You will need to pass a pre-employment drug test and have full legal rights to work in NZ.
