Job Description:
About the role:
As Recruitment Branch support, you will be the first port of call for our customers and workers both via phone and face to face; therefore, you must have a passion for customer service backed by strong administration experience.
- This role is varied, and the duties can include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Recruitment consultants with candidate registrations, screening, interviews, reference checks, general compliance, and administration.
- Candidate file and office admin organisation and management
- Meeting and greeting candidates
- Answering phone and email queries from candidates and sometimes clients
- Filing as well as PPE management
- Managing compliance paperwork including pre-employment checks and drug screening
- Administering client inductions with candidates
- Data Entry
- Office stock control
Skills and experience:
It’s a busy industry, so you will be a highly motivated individual that is driven by success yet understands the importance of customer care and teamwork. You will be honest, reliable, trustworthy, and take ownership in everything that you do. You will have proven minimum 2 years’ experience in either Agency recruitment in a similar role, or 2 to 3 years’ experience in a busy office administration and customer facing role.
The successful candidate must:
- Be well presented and take pride in your work
- Have great communication skills both written and verbal
- Have attention to detail, be highly organised and customer service focused
- Be calm by nature, yet able to handle the fast-paced environment in our industry
- Be a team player that is highly reliable with a willingness to learn and grow
- Have a clean criminal conviction report, be drug free and have a current driver’s licence
