Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction and assembly of frames and trusses
• Perform labouring tasks to support production processes
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hammer hand, labouring, frame and truss building, or machine operation is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Team player with strong communication skills
