We're currently looking for an experienced Sales Support / Estimator to join our team in Cambridge.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience using V6 estimating programme.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to sales enquiries, logging these into the CRM system and ensuring these a followed through the sales process as soon as possible. You'll also prepare quotes in V6 software system and assist the sales/account management team with quote queries, arranging site visits, CRM data entry, customer showroom support, follow up assistance and processing accepted jobs.

Previous experience in the aluminium joinery industry would be a strong advantage however this is not essential.

To be successful you will need:

• Able to accurately read construction plans
• An understanding of current NZ construction industry and building methods
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• To be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable
• A confident, professional and calm demeanour
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
