About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Membership Administrator to join their team. This important role involves processing membership applications, updating records, and assisting with payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process membership applications (both paper and online) and input them into the system.
- Scan and upload application documents.
- Send welcome emails to new members.
- Communicate with employers regarding membership details and payment information.
- Set up and manage direct debit payments for members.
- Check the system for duplicate records and resolve issues.
- Update member information and account details as required.
- Assist with payment processing and ensure accuracy.
- Respond to general membership inquiries and provide support.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a membership or customer service setting.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook 365.
- Familiarity with membership management systems (experience with Stratum is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
