We have been in Central Hawkes Bay since 1998. We offer a friendly and personal service to our clients while providing a high level of veterinary care.

About the role

We are looking for a vet nurse to join our team. There are key responsibilities that are part of this role

• Implementation of nursing care to our animal patients
• Collaborate with our team in a way that facilitates effective communication, teamwork, and high clinical standards
• Establish and build lasting relationships with our patients, their owners and families
• Support our patients’ everyday needs, from clinical to end-of-life care.

Benefits

• $25 - 30p/h
• Onsite parking, uniform and 4 weeks annual leave
• Ongoing 1-to-1 training and coaching

Skills and experience

• Vet nursing qualification
• Previous working experience within veterinary clinics in NZ
• Experience using clinical IT systems
• Proven ability to communicate in a clear, considerate manner with genuine compassion.
