Picker / Packer | Christchurch | Distribution Centre (25-30 hours)

We're on the lookout for a Picker / Packer to help ensure stock is delivered to our stores quickly and accurately. If you thrive in a busy environment and are passionate about contributing to a smooth operation, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

You must be available from Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning, 25-30 hours per week.

Job Description:

As a Picker / Packer, you'll be a crucial part of our distribution process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders for store dispatch to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Stock Management: Ensure new goods are properly received and stored at the correct locations daily.
• Restocking: Assist with replenishing pick faces to maintain stock flow.
• Housekeeping: Help keep the work area clean and organized, including assisting with markdowns and rework.
• Health & Safety: Follow safety policies, identify potential risks, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Team Support: Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals and contribute to continuous improvement.
