The Opportunity:
Laminex is seeking an Issue Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Service team based in Penrose, Auckland, working M-F 8.30am-5pm, office-based, with the potential to work one day from home following the training period. This role is key in managing complex issues across our Customer Service functions, handling returned stock resolutions, and working closely with our carriers, suppliers and customers, as well as fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams. The successful candidate will lead the coordination of process adherence within our team, ensuring efficient and timely responses to queries, investigating the cause of credit requests, processing returns and the resolution of complex issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a senior Customer Service resolution or Credit Administration role is essential.
- Knowledge of credit administration processes and proficiency with MS Office.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, build solid relationships, work autonomously, and drive solutions-focused outcomes.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to go the extra mile for your customers and be change resilient.
