Are you a detail-oriented engineering professional ready to make your mark in the construction industry? Our prestigious client is seeking a dynamic Commissioning Manager to join their innovative team!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules for complex construction projects including data centres, labs, healthcare
- Establish precise commissioning requirements, performance criteria, and objectives aligned with project specifications and industry standards
- Actively participate in project design meetings, providing critical commissioning insights and integration recommendations
- Oversee installation and testing of critical building systems, including MEP & HVAC infrastructure
- Coordinate seamlessly with subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and stringent compliance
- Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed commissioning documentation
- Deliver regular, transparent progress updates and comprehensive reports to project teams and key stakeholders
About You:
- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- The ability to manage complex project timelines effectively
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering
- Proven track record in commissioning engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Deep understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and safety protocols
- Experience in working with main contractors
