Mō Te Tūranga - About The Role

ZEIL is hiring for an enthusiastic Junior Performance Marketer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in performance marketing, especially within the app marketing or e-commerce space.

You'll become an integral part of our marketing team, working alongside our digital marketing manager and creative designers. Your main goal will be to develop and execute impactful campaign strategies across a variety of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, all while focusing on delivering strong returns for ZEIL.

Your day-to-day will include setting up and managing campaigns, optimizing them, and analyzing data to report on their performance using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Having a data driven mind and analytical approach is key.

What you’ll do:

  • Craft and execute compelling digital marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously manage and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Dive deep into campaign and business data to extract insights and strategies for improving returns.
  • Sharpen your skills in audience segmentation and conversion tracking to boost campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate on creating ad concepts that drive both performance and align with our brand goals


What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, preferably in app marketing or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytical tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to use data to make informed marketing and business decisions.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
  • A strong passion for growth and a desire to make a significant impact alongside a brand that’s on the rise.
