Job Description
We’re Hiring: Supervisor – Timber Pallet Industry
Are you an experienced leader with a background in timber pallet manufacturing? We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations in our timber pallet production facility. If you have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for quality, and experience in timber processing, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team in pallet production
- Ensure all pallets meet quality and customer specifications
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of timber and material
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and best practices
- Oversee machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in timber pallet manufacturing or a similar industry
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to operate and maintain pallet-making equipment
- Basic computer skills for inventory and production reporting
Location: Te Rapa - Hamilton
Salary: $75k - $90k
Hours: Mon - Fri
