We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of our products to customers. This position is based in Ashburton and offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound orders, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy.
  • Managing stock, consumable purchasing and raw materials.
  • Accurate cycle and stock counts and analysing any stock variances.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Provide operational and logistics support by unloading stock from all incoming trucks using a forklift ensuring proper storage and handling of products.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting to 25kg.
  • Previous Forklift Operator experience with a current OSH certification.
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Tech-savvy, with expertise in SAP or similar software, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
