About Us:
BestStart is a leader in early childhood education, making a real difference in children’s lives. We’re seeking a dedicated Centre Manager to lead our well-established Montessori centre in Bethlehem. Licensed for 90 children across four age groups, our experienced team nurtures independence, confidence, and respect in every child.
Located next to Bethlehem Town Shopping Centre, our centre values intentional teaching of both academic and real-world skills.

About You:
You’re a passionate leader who thrives on building strong relationships and driving positive learning outcomes. You’ll bring:
- Level 7 ECE Qualification & current Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum & ECE regulations
- A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and excellence in compliance
- Coaching skills to develop a high-performing team
- Innovation and a drive to simplify processes
- Montessori training is a plus but not required.
