Job Description
RealNZ is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Retail Online & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the inward and outward stock movement for our retail outlets and online store. The ideal candidate will be someone who can maintain the accuracy and integrity of our retail inventory records, manage our e-commerce sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of retail inventory records. You will manage e-commerce sales for Cardrona x Treble Cone, overseeing online content, imagery, customer communication, and service, including postage and delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with the retail team on the mountain, assisting guests with their retail queries and purchases. You will also support location leaders in training staff on inventory management processes and best practices.

Who do we need for this role?
- Previous experience in stock control and/or online sales
- Systematic with a high attention to detail and a wizard when it comes to Excel
- An excellent communicator and team player with a friendly and approachable manner
- Highly organized, self-motivated and time-efficient
