Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Property and Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance, upkeep, and improvements of our 2x of our clients sites.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Maintenance & Upkeep: Ensure regular maintenance and repairs are completed on time and within budget. Manage preventive maintenance schedules and keep properties in optimal condition.
  • Remedial Works: Identify issues and carry out necessary repairs or improvements to address any faults or damage.
  • Project Management: Oversee and execute property improvement projects, including refurbishments, upgrades, and necessary changes.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure high-quality work and cost-effective solutions.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage maintenance and repair budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenditures are documented.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management or facilities maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with contractors.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle unexpected maintenance issues efficiently.
