We're seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Operations to join us in driving operational excellence across multiple stakeholders in the Education sector making a difference across schools and university locations. Nga Kawenga Matua / Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, driving performance across the Education sector and FY30 Vision.
- Operational Excellence: Champion health, safety, and environment management, ensuring our people go home safe every day. Focus on optimising financial management, client relationships, and contract retention.
- People Development: Foster cohesive teams by high-performance culture by leading, mentoring, and developing our operational teams.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships at all levels, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the sector and the region.
- Financial Performance: Drive financial efficiency through cost management, labour optimisation, and operational efficiencies.

- Strong multi-site operational and contract management experience.
- Previous experience in senior-level operations management.
- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated success in change management and driving business performance.
- Business or degree qualifications would be an advantage
