Mō tēnei tūranga | About the role
As a People and Culture Administrator, your main responsibility will be to assist in delivering exceptional administrative services to our People and Culture function. This includes supporting learning and talent development, providing services to clinical frontline teams, and maintaining accurate employee records.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with the flexibility of working from our central Auckland office 3 days a week and the remaining 2 days from home.

We are looking for an individual with a vibrant sense of humour and energy to excel in this role. Having a positive attitude and adaptable approach are essential traits, enabling successful multitasking within the position. Collaborative teamwork is paramount, as well as someone who can effectively engage with colleagues to collectively tackle challenges and find solutions.

Ngā haepapa matua - Key responsibilities

  • Independently provide top-tier administrative support to internal stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery
  • Maintain and update various databases with accurate employee tracking information
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with Police Vetting processes in accordance with company policies
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and prepare reports as needed
  • Assist the wider team with general administration duties
  • Accurately track, record, scan, and file employee information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Contribute to audit requirements of the People and Culture team, such as work-from-home audits, police vetting, and immigration/work visa obligations
