We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to bring passion and skill to team, upholding our high standards across both daytime café service and evening dining while contributing fresh ideas to an evolving menu.

About the Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will work alongside our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to produce outstanding dishes, maintain top-tier culinary standards, and mentor junior team members. You’ll be part of a professional kitchen where quality, precision, and presentation are key.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes that reflect the high standards we are known for
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh and seasonal ideas to the table.
  • Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with the Food Control Plan.
  • Lead and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to create an outstanding dining experience.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a high-end café, restaurant, or luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong technical skills in food preparation.
  • Passion for creating flavourful, beautifully presented dishes with premium ingredients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Understanding of food cost control, health and safety regulations, and efficient kitchen operations.
