We're looking for a talented leader to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a parental leave period. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our Everyday Rewards program while gaining valuable experience within the Woolworths Group.

What you'll do

  • As a Senior Lifecycle Manager/ Chapter Lead, you'll lead a talented team to craft a data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy and deliver it in a way that maximises value for both our members and our business. This includes championing high quality content that enhances the member experience.
  • You'll be a master collaborator, building relationships with teams across Everyday Rewards and Woolworths NZ to ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns with business objectives. This includes building strong connections with marketing teams in Partnerships and Boosts to maximise program effectiveness. You’ll have a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring there are measurable objectives and work with teams to take learnings forward.
  • But it's not just about the present. You'll also be part of shaping the future of the program. This involves staying ahead of industry trends, identifying innovative solutions, and advocating for the program's benefits to stakeholders. You'll leverage your deep understanding of Everyday NZ's capabilities, marketing strategies, and operational practices to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

What you'll bring
We're looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed marketing leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. You'll have a proven track record of delivering value through experimentation and iteration, and the ability to develop compelling marketing strategies that gain buy-in across the business. With at least 5 years of experience in direct marketing or loyalty, you'll be a confident coach and mentor, guiding others to adopt best practices and achieve outstanding outcomes.
