About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Outcomes Engineer – Salesforce to join a dynamic team, driving innovation and aligning product development with business objectives. This role is key to ensuring that technical solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes by applying design thinking methodologies and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

This role plays a crucial part in shaping the strategic direction of Salesforce projects. You will work alongside Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure clarity around project goals, conduct detailed analysis, and support decision-making through effective backlog prioritisation and risk management.

Key Skills & Experience

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Extensive Business Analysis Expertise – 5+ years in an Outcomes Engineering or Business Analyst role, including at least 2 years at a senior or lead level.
• Salesforce Implementation Experience – Hands-on experience navigating the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within a Salesforce environment.
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities – A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable insights.
• User-Centric Approach – Ability to balance enterprise objectives with end-user needs, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Exceptional Communication Skills – Confident in presenting ideas, engaging stakeholders, and translating technical concepts into clear, practical solutions.
• Agile & Collaborative Mindset – Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Process & Workflow Optimisation – Proven ability to refine business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Desirable Experience (Bonus Skills)

• Experience defining and refining Outcomes Engineering or Business Analysis methodologies in enterprise settings.
• A track record of coaching and developing Outcomes Engineering skills in others.
