What You’ll Do

• Manage financial accounting tasks, including invoicing, journal entries, payroll reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and GST returns
• Support operational accounting, providing financial system expertise, ensuring accurate placements, and resolving invoicing and payroll queries
• Contribute to business improvements, identifying efficiencies, updating financial processes, and maintaining best practices
• Assist in financial reporting, supporting monthly reports, budgets, and year-end reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting (BCom preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accountant role, with expertise in financial reporting and consolidations
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (MS Excel expertise is a must!)
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork abilities
• A proactive approach to business improvement and process optimisation
