Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Technology Services Business Management team. This role will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to the leadership team, facilitating seamless coordination across teams, and collaborating with internal functional teams across the department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values inclusivity, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Support for Agile Release Train Leadership team
  • Coordination across scrum and product teams
  • Coordination with internal functional teams for procurement and related financial activities
  • Support collaboration with internal Technology Services teams to ensure smooth deployment, integration and maintenance of software tools and platforms used by Agile teams
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing between the Agile Release Train and internal functional teams
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and resources as needed to support events and activities


What you bring:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as ADO,JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project is desirable
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in an Agile or technology environment
