ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Commercial Broker to join the team. This role starts with a mix of Commercial and Domestic clients, with the Domestic portfolio transitioning once a specialist is hired. Initially, this is a ‘self-service’ position, with broker support coming as the team scales.
- Manage and grow your portfolio of commercial clients while collaborating with senior brokers.
- Identify client needs, assess risks, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive service and effective communication.
- Keep informed of industry trends and market conditions to offer expert advice.
ABOUT YOU
- 4–8 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance, with a proven track record in broking.
- Hold a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about contributing to a growing business.
- A strong sense of integrity and excellent interpersonal skills.
