Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret drawings and measurements to determine necessary materials, equipment, and procedures. - Fit fabricated metal parts into products and assemble metal parts and sub-assemblies to create machines and equipment. - Verify accuracy, clearance, and fit of fabricated and assembled metal parts using precision measuring instruments. - Set guides, stops, and other controls on machining tools; set up prescribed cutting and shaping tools and dies in machines and presses. - Form metal stock and castings to fine tolerances using machining tools to press, cut, grind, plane, bore, and drill metal as per drawings. - Diagnose faults and perform operational maintenance on machines.
