The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
As a Facility lead you will ensure our office exceeds the expectations of kaimahi and visitors by effectively anticipating, coordinating and maintaining the building hospitality functions and facilities. To provide exceptional customer service through maintaining an efficient, effective, and welcoming office environment.
As a Facility lead some of your responsibilities may include:
- Oversee and contribute to our office culture, connecting our kaimai and making it an awesome environment to work in.
- Be the point of contact with the building landlord and contractors to ensure any building compliance, maintenance or safety concerns are managed.
- Chair the facility Safety & Wellbeing committee, overseeing hazard management and creating agendas and minutes/action plans
- Ensure the smooth running of our office across all areas.
- We have a full-time position available working Monday – Friday 40 hours per week in our Vivian Street office.
You | Mōu:
We are looking for someone who:
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal with an emphasis on listening.
- Proven time management, organisation, and file maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with written documents.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other office technologies.
- Administration or facilities experience or relevant qualification preferred but not essential
- Encourages and support our teams to come together
- Drivers Licence.
- First Aid Certificate.
