Job Description

Our client, a NZ company in the Health-care sector are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to lead and drive the migration of Dynamics 365 CRM. This role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring a seamless transition. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to optimise CRM implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM migration, including requirements gathering, data migration, and post-implementation support.
  • Assess current CRM processes, define future-state workflows, and oversee system integrations.
  • Develop data migration strategies and address adoption challenges.
  • Capture and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and business case development.
  • Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and deployment planning.
  • Define UAT strategies, create test plans, and oversee execution.


Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT, focusing on CRM implementations/migrations.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, migration, and integrations.
  • Strong experience in business process mapping and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies, ETL processes, and CRM data structures.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, JIRA, and SharePoint.
