If you have a minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience of either working as part of a quality team or in a laboratory and have a Food Technology Degree or QA diploma, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing the six-sigma program for all Yashili’ s Ingredients and Finished Products.
• Managing of ingredients shelf-life testing and validation.
• Develop and conduct sensory in-house testing for Finished products.
• Liaise and follow up with the laboratory on testing requirements and results reporting.
• Approved Certificates of Analysis (COA) to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct GMP audits.
• Create purchasing orders for the Quality team.
• Lead and support improvement projects for the release and compliance team.
• Operational compliance with RMP / HACCP / OMAR requirements.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures.
• Back-up for the Raw Material Release officer.
• Back-up for the Product Release Officer.
• On call support on the weekend (on a roster basis).
• Support a no compromise culture for H&S within the Yashili plants and ensure compliance to all supporting processes.
