About the Role
We are looking for a resident focused Village Manager to lead at our dedicated team at Fairway Gardens in Golfland's, East Auckland. Uniquely positioned right next door to the stunning Pakuranga golf course, Fairway Gardens offers premium retirement within a stunning new village setting. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have the overall responsibility of this developing village which has a vibrant resident community across independent living, and a modern care facility set to open in the near future.

Ultimately you will be responsible for all aspects of the Village including strategic planning, service delivery, asset and financial management ensuring our village remains lively and ready for the future.
The residents are always at the heart of what we do so your customer focused, engaging energetic and resilient manner will ensure you are the go-to person for our residents, their families, our friendly staff.
About You

- Previous Operational Management experience at a "people" or service-based business with an ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, staff and internal/external customers
- Experience working in Aged Care will be highly regarded
- At born leader who is a skilled communicator and adept at navigating through the day to day demands of a busy vibrant village and can develop our dedicated teams
- Experience in management of business system, processes and drives for quality improvements
- Excellent financial acumen, including sales focus and P&L ownership
- Strategic planning experience to be able to contribute to the big picture, but equally look outside the industry to innovate
- Risk management to minimize exposure, including H&S and wellbeing management
