Our client is seeking a Membership Administrator to join their team. This important role involves processing membership applications, updating records, and assisting with payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process membership applications (both paper and online) and input them into the system.
Scan and upload application documents.
Send welcome emails to new members.
Communicate with employers regarding membership details and payment information.
Set up and manage direct debit payments for members.
Check the system for duplicate records and resolve issues.
Update member information and account details as required.
Assist with payment processing and ensure accuracy.
Respond to general membership inquiries and provide support.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a membership or customer service setting.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook 365.
Familiarity with membership management systems (experience with Stratum is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
