Key Responsibilities:

• Perform auto glass repairs and replacements for a variety of vehicles, ensuring precise fitting and alignment.
• Ensure all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including explaining the process to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with additional tasks as required by management.
• Price and quote automotive jobs.
• Organize and schedule work efficiently.
• Recalibrate windscreens (training provided if needed).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Valid New Zealand driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
