Our people are valued, dynamic and relentless when it comes to helping customers become leaders in their own industries. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Wellington team as a Fleet Despatcher.

This role involves dispatching work to our fleet of Contractors throughout the Wellington area. You must be able to make quick decisions and back them up with sound reasoning and provide a high level of performance to our customers while maintaining Contractor earnings.

Key attributes our team are looking for, is that you are a good person, have experience in the point-to-point industry, and some operational knowledge.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

• A strong knowledge of the Wellington area
• Dynamic in your thought process and able to make quick decisions and not stall under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and can build rapport with both colleagues and Contractors
• A fast learner and good computer skills

This role is full time, Monday to Friday.
