We have a great opportunity for a Corporate Floor Attendant that is passionate about customer service. You will host our clients and other guests for various in-house events. You will be someone who thrives in a busy environment, has excellent hosting skills coupled with a second to none service attitude when it comes to dealing with our guests. You’ll remember their names and perhaps even the coffee they drink! Your goal is to ensure our guests receive a positive Bell Gully experience each and every time they come into our offices.
This role is an essential part of our Office Services team, ensuring our meeting rooms and function spaces are set up correctly and on time and that our clients and staff are taken care of. This is a busy role that will bring you into contact with Bell Gully's staff, partners and clients on a daily basis.
This is a permanent, full time position working Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with flexibility to adjust start and finish times according to event needs.
Key tasks include:
- Arranging refreshments and catering for meetings, clients and events
- Ensuring the client areas are presented to the highest standard at all times
- Creating spaces daily for specific events, examples; - changing a meeting room into a classroom style for 80 with lunch or maybe changing the lounge into a dining space
- Managing meeting room bookings
- IT support, troubleshooting and set up for our video calls and seminars
- Ordering stock managing client floor supplies
- Floor fire warden and first aid duties
We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is comfortable interacting with people at a range of levels. A customer service focus will set you up for success within the firm and will be essential to meeting the needs of our clients.
