Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Production Worker to join our team in the Die Correction department. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and responsible individual with strong communication skills, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Production Worker will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production equipment and processes.
This role is Monday - Friday, 7:30am -4pm with overtime available as required.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth production processes
- Perform manual handling tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report any production or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail
Day-to-Day
- Review production schedules and prioritize tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate production activities
- Operate and monitor equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality output
- Follow safety procedures for handling chemicals and other materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
