Overview

We are seeking a Production Worker to join our team in the Die Correction department. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and responsible individual with strong communication skills, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Production Worker will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production equipment and processes.

This role is Monday - Friday, 7:30am -4pm with overtime available as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth production processes
• Perform manual handling tasks as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Report any production or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail

Day-to-Day

• Review production schedules and prioritize tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate production activities
• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality output
• Follow safety procedures for handling chemicals and other materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
