He angitūtanga / The opportunity:
As the National Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic operational direction and driving operational excellence across Business and Industry clients within New Zealand, with a strong focus on National Contracts. You will act as the interface between the Compass Executive team and the Regional Operational teams, ensuring the delivery of excellent operational standards across the sector.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
- Lead the sector to deliver annual financial and performance targets, including client and consumer service.
- Drive and achieve excellence in national sector performance, including Health & Safety, People, and Financial.
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for achieving performance and growth targets.
- Maximise retention of existing client business and develop client retention strategies.
- Identify and deliver service standards and innovations to maintain competitive advantage.

- A results-driven leader with a successful record of operational excellence and profit achievement.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different business functions.
- Experienced in leading an operational function within a rapidly changing high-growth sector.
- Highly numerate and business astute, with a proven track record of innovation and performance.
- Possess a good standard of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office software.
